Coming off a bye, the 49ers appear to be fully healthy heading into Sunday's matchup with the St. Louis Rams. Several players have nagging injuries, but all are expected to practice on Thursday.

The San Francisco 49ers released their injury report late Wednesday, and coming off a bye, it appears as though all their key players are ready for Sunday's game with the St. Louis Rams.

Seven players were listed with nagging injuries, but all are expected to go through a full practice Thursday.

It starts with quarterback Alex Smith, who should be on the practice field despite an injured finger on his right hand. The same goes for leading rusher Frank Gore, who is dealing with a hand injury. The 49ers' third-leading receiver Mario Manningham's shoulder has been bothering him, but he will practice Thursday.

The rest of the practice report lists four other players with nagging injuries. They include linebacker Tavares Gooden (elbow), guard Daniel Kilgore (concussion), punter Andy Lee (hand) and two-way player Will Tukuafu with an injured wrist.

Like San Francisco, St. Louis will be coming off a bye when the two teams get together Sunday.
