Here's all you need to know for Stanford's Saturday game against Washington State.
No. 17 ranked Stanford will play host to Washington State this Saturday at 3:15 p.m. ET as they look to build on their BCS resume with their fifth straight victory over the Cougars.
Stanford has won their last four games over WSU by an average margin of 31 points. Not helping the matter is the face that Washington State has lost four straight games this year.
This will be Mike Leach's first career game against Stanford but he lost his only other matchup against a California school this season when the Cal Golden Bears handed the Cougars a 31-17 defeat.
Washington State has had a week off to recover since that time but unless they found a way to fix the 175.1 rushing yards per game they've been allowing this season, they're going to be in for a long afternoon. Stanford has averaged 167.6 yards per game on the ground in 2012 with the physical Stepfan Taylor leading the way (846 rushing yards, six touchdowns).
Here's all you need to know for Saturday's game:
TV Schedule: Pac-12 Network
Radio Schedule: 1050-AM
Location: Stanford Stadium
Spread: The Cardinal are 24.5-point favorites for this one.
