Bay Area Sports News and Fan Opinion. More Local SitesI think this is really cool and am happy the 49ers are taking part in it
Not that I don't agree with him, because I love the guy, but Gruden has only nice things to say about people these days
Loving that Ford guy right now, going to need to research him more
Gotta agree with this article, here.
Mike Sando does a good job breaking down the 49ers 75-man roster

Down By The Bay: Oh Yeah, That Happened
We've got some NFL action today as both San Francisco and Oakland will be wrapping up their exhibition season. Both teams have a few more question marks to be addressed at backup positions and bubble players will be playing tough. Yesterday, we had a couple of good baseball games including a Tim Lincecum win, shocking as it may sound.
After the jump is all you need to know when it comes to the A's, Giants, 49ers, Raiders, Warriors, Sharks and all of Bay Area sports is laid in front of you by myself, as per our team specific blogs. So jump when I say jump... jump.

Surfing The Bay: Wednesday, September 1st, 2010
Get off the computer and get in front of your TV (or if you don't actually have to get up, turn your head... and if you don't even have to turn you're head... well you're too lazy for your own good) because here's what's on the tube for you tonight. All times are pacific.
Athletics @ Yankees | 4:00 p.m. | ESPN - The A's get a primetime slot, but I think that's mostly due to the Yankees. They'll do everything they can to keep it close and perhaps get a win, I'll be tuning in myself. A's Pregame and Postgame Live can be seen on CSN California before and after the game.
US Open Early Round Play | 4:00 p.m. | ESPN2 - Again, it's already been on throughout the day but this is just a reminder that it's ongoing, and I'm a huge tennis nerd, so, you know.

Best Warriors Of All-Time All Seem To Exist Before 1970
Run TMC frames a lot of Warriors fans' memory of the "glory years," but an unofficial list of the top 10 Warriors of all-time seems to suggest otherwise. Jeff Fox of Hoops Manifesto pulls out a top 10 greatest Warriors list that includes people I have never heard of, of an era of hoops I still don't know much about. Who is Neil Johnston, a rebounding stud in the 1950s? And what about Paul Arizin, a 10-time all-star, again, in the '50s? Why are their names not hanging from the rafters at Oracle?
With that said, who would be your top 10 Warriors of all-time...dating as far back as you can remember? And, who are the WORST Warriors of all-time? All I know is, you won't catch a Warrior nowadays taking a champagne bubble bath like Rick Barry. Now THAT is a superstar!

Down By The Bay: Postgame Oddities
Good morning, Bay Area sports fans. We had more baseball, and there were a couple good games (a couple games total, regardless). The Giants got a win and the A's lost, but ultimately, nothing unexpected went down. We're a day away from more football, which is always good.
